This toddler jungle gym with slide and baby swing is ideal for small gardens and complexes. Where space is a problem, and the rules are strict. The “bottom-heavy” design makes it easy to relocate or move within your garden. The deck is only 1.2m high. So there is a low probability of the kids being able to see your neighbours. This is a common problem. The premise is that there are no poles planted in the ground. As a result, It simply sits on the ground. Interestingly, this design is equally stable, if not more stable than your conventional vertical upright jungle gym.
Our toddler unit is different, innovative and surprisingly stable.
This wooden jungle gym’s broad base does a very good job at absorbing side to side movement. All timber is planed to give a smooth professional finish free of splinters. The base of the unit has a 30 cm deep sandpit frame, which makes the perfect shady sandpit play area. `In addition, the bottom of the sandpit is lined with a porous black weed guard material, which will allow the rainwater to drain out the bottom of the sandpit. We can also convert the swing into a double. It’s not possible to have the swings freestanding or remove the sandpit frame. The sandpit frame provides additional stability for the jungle gym and swing frame. We sell the silica play sand separately.
Toddler jungle gym with slide and baby swing is perfect for compact gardens.
In addition, the deck is 1.2 m off the ground and the jungle gym has an inclined ladder, a climbing ramp with a knotted rope, and a baby swing. You can convert this to a tyre or wooden seat. In addition, The fibreglass slide has a hosepipe connector for those hot summer days. In addition, we use high quality coloured polyurethane climbing grips for the climbing ramp. These are firmly secure to the ramp with 8mm bolts. We paint the jungle gym with a protective oil-based dresser to give the wood its tan colour. We follow this up with a coat of an excellent quality clear sealer. This will protect it from mould and moisture during the rainy season. Furthermore, the ground contact area at the base of the unit is painted with an anti-rot product.
